xframes questions

Hello,

I have two comments/questions about the XFrames working draft of October
12th.

1. The compose attribute is not clear about the vertical and horizontal
values. Does "vertical" mean that frames are ordered top to bottom and
"horizontal" left to right? or that the order of frames on the display
may be effected by directionality specified style sheets, like table
cells in an XHTML <table>?

2. It is not clear to me whether a source of a <frame> may be a part of
a document, or even a part of the "frame set" document and thus referred
using a fragment identifier.

Best,

Nir Dagan
