That's a good idea

Similar to unordered lists, lists where the order isn't important, for 
example in a map based system, you might be offered links to  Europe, North 
America, South America, Asia, etc.  now the ordering isn't significant, 
unlike say the navigation of the XHTML 2.0 specification is.  It's a much 
less important use case, and not one I'm particularly concerned with being 
addressed, I do think it's a nice feature of the <ul role > suggestion 
earlier in the thread.
