Why not just

<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2002/06/xhtml2/ " xml:lang="en" 
src=http://example.org/  href="http://example.org/ " rel="http:Moved" 
xmlns:http="http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec10.html " />

Seems simpler..
