How do you know that? Most non-spam comments include relevant links,
you cannot declare all comment links to be irrelevant.

The point isn't to label all spam links, it's to label all untrusted
links. If software was intelligent enough to determine whether the link
was spam or not, why, it could just delete the stupid entry!
