sir/madam

I'm looking for a way to remove the header and footer file information
printed on pages when a web page is submitted for printing.

To be more specific. I want to remove the Title of the page and the page
number from the top as well as remove the file/URL address and date from
the bottom when a user prints a page.

Desired result is a printed page with only the page content and no other
information in the header and footer section of the page.

Thanks
