Excellent, but why abuse <p> in this way; a paragraph is
a well-defined grammatical term, and an address is very
unlikely to meet the grammatical definition thereof.
Why not

> <l sem="street">Omote-Sando</l>
> <l sem="city">  Tokyo</l>
> </div> 

???
