HELP! w3.org is on all my webpages in HTML - can't delete them!

i'm wondering why a reference to the w3.org page INSISTS on showing up =
at the tops of all MY web pages that I've built using Frontpage 2002.  =
How can I get RID of these? I keep deleting them, but they just keep =
RE-appearing!!!  What are these references there for???????   Thanks for =
