+1 to be refined.
Because the duplication of block/inline elements are silly for the same 
meaning. Particulary in Shared editing/authoring context.


They are two possibilities to avoid that
	* Having a new kind of organization like proposed here
OR	* remove all semantics element (address, quote, etc) and use 
attributes instead.

The problem with attributes is that Authoring tool make it often more 
difficult to author.
